IMPORTANT MESSAGE: PLEASE DO NOT BRING DOGS ON RETRACTABLE LEASHES. If you have a retractable leash and you use it with your dog, please leave it in your car when you arrive for class. We thank you for not using retractable leashes at our facility.

I, the undersigned, hereby agree that Calm the Chaos K9, LLC, shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that my dog or I might receive while attending training classes or while on Calm the Chaos K9 property. I further agree to pay for any injury or damage that my dog may cause to other animals, people, or property while on Calm the Chaos K9 property. Dog and handler may be dropped from class with no notice at the discretion of the class instructor or the owner. Violation of rules may result in your being asked to leave Calm the Chaos K9. Examples of behavior that may necessitate expulsion include but are not limited to, aggression, abusive training, intoxication, and lack of cooperation. Calm the Chaos K9 has the right to deny training, classes, or use of their facility for any reason, provided the reason does not violate state or federal laws. I also understand and give permission that any picture / video taken during a class or on Calm the Chaos K9 property by Calm the Chaos K9's staff may be used on Calm the Chaos K9 website, social media, or may be used for various promotional materials.
